This place was great.

A little hard to spot from the interstate, but so close to everything. Great location. Clean. Good breakfast too.

Easy on off the highway, the kids loved the slide and pool, the hot tub was the best we encountered in the Black Hills.

Staff was very friendly and efficient; we had a stopped up sink and lightbulbs out and it was fixed w/in a few hours; we had a truck w/a trailer and when we took the truck out and came back other guests even though told not to, parked in front of our trailer; the hotel staff was very gracious and found the person and had them move their vehicle right away. ...read more

It was a very pleasent experience, definately we are considering AmericInn for our next time trip.

The hotel was so-so. Not great, but not the worst. The entry door was single and not automatic. It could have been easier to enter and more inviting. The staff were friendly, but not professional. The internet maps didn't always agree with the actual streets making it harder to locate. The parking lot was very small. We parked in a space across from the main door to check in. When we tried to leave there were other vehicles parked by us, within their lines. It was such a tight squeeze and such short spaces that while trying to back up without hitting the cars next to us, we hit the brick post of the hotel porch, doing significant damage to the back of our vehicle. The staff was courteous and helpful, the pool area was nice and the rooms was clean.
